Bangkok, Thailand - March 14, 2024 - ANJU Korean Rooftop Bar, located at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection, is thrilled to announce the appointment of award-winning Chef YoungDae Shim as its new Executive Sous Chef. Chef Shim, renowned for his extensive international experience, will introduce an exciting new ‘Modern Korean’ menu at ANJU in 2024.
Chef YoungDae Shim brings a wealth of global experience to ANJU, honing his skills in South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, the United States, Thailand, and at Michelin-starred restaurants in the United Kingdom.
At ANJU, Chef Shim is set to revolutionize the dining experience with his innovative approach to Korean cuisine. In 2024, guests can look forward to a fresh new menu that promises to tantalize
taste buds with a fusion of traditional flavors and modern culinary techniques. The menu will feature an array of Korean food, artfully crafted to deliver an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.
